We had a few issues during our stay, but the staff at Icheck Inn Residence Soi 2 were quick to address them. They moved us to an upgraded room when there was a problem with the bathroom, and they resolved a blocked toilet promptly. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the subway and a free shuttle to Sukhumvit. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and convenient location.

The hotel had a trendy and fresh ambience, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.- The hotel was conveniently located near the main road and within walking distance to popular shopping areas and attractions.

The walk from the BTS station to the hotel with luggage could be a bit challenging for some guests. The hotel did not inform us about the free shuttle service or offer an umbrella proactively during heavy rain.

We had a great stay in this hotel, located right next to a Skytrain station which made it easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful with good breakfast options on offer. We also enjoyed the complimentary tuk tuk service to nearby eating joints.

The lobby area was a bit small and cramped for a hotel of its size.

Location near bts and shutle service, The room was nice and big fridge. The street is calm at night, and night life if you like is not far. Also you find arround next to sukhumvit many shop for eat.

Pool is missing, but anyway its ok and good for the price. The location marked on the map is wrong, the hotel is at the end of the soi2, after Aspen suite and Solo Hotel...

Monaco Hotel is ideally located close to all amenities in a quiet street. The rooms are of high standard, modern and very clean with all facilities. Hotel provides shuttle service to the top of the road from where one can access all local transportation, or walk to near by Nana Plaza area for shopping, restaurants and night life. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and speak good English. Amy was a gem and very friendly and very helpful.

They need to have better telephone system, handsets in the room are not close to bedside.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is perfect, nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in the Sukhumvit area. It's a hidden gem, tucked away in an alley, which ensures a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money this hotel offers. For a very reasonable price of 2200 baht, I got a clean and well-equipped room on the second level, complete with a balcony. The breakfast options, including coffee/tea, were also a great addition.

Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating even if there is some language barrier with the drivers of the hotel tuktuk. Room has nice ammeneties, small kitchenette, big tv set, big t/b area and available computer with internet n wifi acceess just on the lobby of your floor level.. Although a bit far from main road, hotel has available tuktuk (always) to take and fetch you, Area is quiet, clean, and safe. Price is fair enough,

The location was good. Close to amenities and shopping, but away from the noisier end of Soi 2. The cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful. The tuk tuk to the end of the soi was useful. The room decor and furnishings were pleasant and adequate. Hotel made the room available at 9am immediately on our arrival.

Lack of suitable internet service. Pool facilities not on site, but at a separate hotel and had to be paid for as an extra. Tuk tuk limited to end of soi only.
